The Process

Our chocolate candies are made by hand from dark and milk chocolate made by Chocolate Santander of Colombia using single origin cacao. The farming is sustainable, and the farmers are fairly paid. To the greatest extent feasible we use organic ingredients.

The Concept

We have traveled to France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and around the U.S. seeking out the best ideas and techniques for the creation of handcrafted chocolate candy delicacies. Robin also received training from Chef Ewald Notter who has been recognized by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences with the 5 Star Diamond award as "One of the Finest Confectionery Chefs of the World." We believe that our experience and training has helped us create truly exceptional chocolates for our gift boxes and baskets.
