Our Mission

The Process

We use chocolate made by Chocolate Santander of Colombia using single origin cacao. The farming is sustainable,and the farmers are fairly paid. To the greatest extent feasible we use organic ingredients.

The Concept

We have traveled to France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and around the U.S. seeking out the best ideas and techniques for the creation of handcrafted chocolate delicacies. Robin also received training from Chef Ewald Notter who has been recognized by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences with the 5 Star Diamond award as "One of the Finest Confectionery Chefs of the World." We believe that our experience and training has helped us create truly exceptional chocolates. You will see under the links below that others agree.
